Now after 25 years, Stonehedge is well established as a family run operation. Maureen has retired from the day to day business of owning a restaurant entrusting it to her children and grandchildren. Tony Smith runs the kitchen as executive chef. The banquet manager is Tony's wife Kim. Dick Smith oversees everything to make sure it is all in good working condition and that everyone is carrying on the family tradition of great food, great prices, fine service and an atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome.
